Estate Sale of late Dr. Carol J Wilson, Bobcat Rd. Denton/Sanger March 27, 28, 29

Estate Sale of Dr. Carol Jane Wilson
520 Bobcat Rd.  (2 miles North of Loop 288 on S. Locust. FM 2164).

Dr. Wilson, was a retired medical doctor, and an amateur naturalist---ornithology, viticulture, bee culture, and organic gardening. She traveled frequently to Colorado and New Mexico collecting pottery and art.  There are 5 paintings by Colorado artist Greg Steiner, a number of Pueblo pots, a gigantic storyteller piece, and a very large sand painting by A. Begay.
Dr. Wilson was from a prominent Ft. Worth family and there is some family furniture including a 1920s vanity from the home of James Hemphill Walker, Texas first Land Commissioner, Birdseye maple Sleigh bed & dresser, leather wing back recliner, sheet music cabinet, Southwest custom made file towers, Kawai, piano and a 19th C slant top desk and gate leg table from Pennsylvania, 1960s Mid Century Heywood-Wakefield desk, 2 side chairs, and a lounge chair;  a Lexington, glass top collectors or map table, and an unusual
early 20th C bead board, cedar lined,  blanket box/chaise lounge, a tall, antique china cabinet,  and an old class room cabinet that looks like a store check out counter from TSCW (TWU.)
Other items:
several large pieces by Ken Havis, and other
studio potters; a Sabino parrot vase, and a couple of figurines made by Lladro ;
tons of kitchen, enough cast iron for a restaurant, gadgets, and a Breville Juice Fountain; several sets of dishesBlue Bird Copeland Spode, Coquille Fitz & Floyd, Summer Greetings by Lenox, some Dorchester pieces, lots of brick brack,
Outdoor furniture, Samsung newish s/s white frig, washer and dryer, Troybilt Pony tiller, and other lawn & garden tools;

A Kubota 350 tractor with loader plus blade, mower, & tiller, and many other farm related items; And about 80 gallon jars of Chinese medicinal herbs.
